With this sauce we invite you to take what we call the eight second ride: A progression of flavors that changes every two seconds ranging from sweet to spicy with various combinations of the two in between.
This sauce is a flawless combination of sweet and spicy Caribbean ingredients, blended to bring out the authentic flavor of Jamaican Jerk, without the harsh heavy pepper taste. It is impeccable on a host of meats and vegetables while being refined enough to serve as a dipping sauce for fruit.  We just call it a party in a bottle because of the endless applications and for all of these reasons it is easily one of our customer favorites.
